P1389 code on a 97 dodge ram 4x4 5.9. Replaced the pickup, ignition wire, asd relay and crankshaft sensor. Cap and button looked great and are only a couple months old. Truck will crank not start. Gas

are you sure that you changed the ASD relay? that code is for no signal from the ASD to the PCM. Check that you have constant 12v at the relay base and that you have switched voltage when the key is on at the relay base, then make sure you have continuity to ground at the relay base. If the relay clicks when the key is turned on then the internal coil is making and should be sending a signal to the PCM when the key is turned on.

Have a fuel pressure test done on the manifold as you may have a faulty fuel return regulator valve which is not allowing the pump to build up the required pressure but instead is allowing the fuel to flow back to the tank

2010 dodge gas pu with tipm & no voltage to fuel pump

You would be correct. The tipm is typically not serviceable. I do believe that on the 2010, you will need to return to the dealer or any other shop that can "flash" your ECM once you've replaced it.

Dodge 1500 1995 pickup 7.5 volts to fuel pumpwill not start applied 12 volts pump runs book sayes pcm de-energize booth relayes and will not send proper voltage to fuel pump

There is a red and white wire feeding the fuel pump relay from a 30 amp fuse. Both the shutdown relay and the fuel pump relay are grounded by the PCM, so if the fuel pump relay is grounded it should be "on" and providing a direct link from the pump to that fuse.
You should have battery voltage on that 30 amp wire before the relay and then on the dark green and black wire going to the pump.
If you don't have battery voltage coming from the 30 amp fuse, the problem could be before the fuse.
That 30 amp fuse is hot all the time, so it is powered by a fuseable link coming off the battery.

Have a 94 Dodge. Ram 250 van with no spark replaced plugs wires distributer cap and button also fuel pump still nothing.

Why would you replace the fuel pump because your engine has no spark??? - Just asking....diagnosis by parts replacement is the EXPENSIVE way to do it.

Anyway, have you checked for ignition voltage at the coil? Did you check to see if there was spark at the coil?

95 with 5.2L . Engine cranks will not start. Checked the ASD relay-no 12V on connector - relay checks out ok. fuel pump fuse ok. Fuel punp relay and voltage to socket ok. Hardley any gas pressure in the...

if it starts using ether, it suggests a clogged fuel filter. You need to know what the true psi value is across the fuel rail. you can rent kit from major auto parts stores. be it remembered that many cars nowfays have 2 fuel filters- one in tank and one on frame or firewall. a quick check is back pump air through your fuel line till you hear bubbling. recheck fuel pressure and note diffetence. if it goes up you probably icked up larger debris on the screen.

Just put new fuel pump on fuse is not blowed relay is good checed to make sure car was getting fire ok but fuel pump is still not comming on.

When you replaced the fuel pump you should have checked to see if it had voltage at the pump. If it does then the new pump may be defective.
