The supplying Kia dealer might have a note of the number but if not and your radio is the original they should be able to supply the number at a price from the vin or registration number.

If the radio isn't original it will have to be removed and the code obtained from the serial number.

If you have proof of ownership, A Ford dealer can probably help you with the code based on vin number. While I am not familiar with Ford vin numbers the number you have given is not likely to be the to be the vin number that is on your registration or the driver door mfg, plate. The Ford dealer will look up the vin on their system to find the radio code, most likely for free.

Contact your local Ford or Lincoln/Mercury dealer. With the VIN code and the radio serial number, they can look up the code for you. Bring your registration, as they will not give out that info without proof of ownership of the vehicle. Before doing that, look on the inside of the front and rear cover pages of your radio manual (should be in the glove box) Techs often write down the code numbers there, I do!
