Question about 2000 Chevrolet Impala
The rear right door lock does not lock when pushed or automatically. In fact the lock doesn't move at all. It simply doesn't move. I was wondering if anybody knew how to fix this or attempt to fix this problem.
Thanks for the help in advance
First the door panel must be removed to gain access to the lock linkage.after reading your post I would be willing to bet the linkage or the retaning clip broke. It is a pretty simple system.
