if you actually have hot coolant being forced up and out of overflow tank , im afraid your problem is a bit more serious than a clogged radiator , as its getting a pressure back thru tank , something is providing this "force" as for my thinking it sounds like a head gasket has went between two or more cylinders and the "force" is the power gas/air charge of the pistons being forced out thru the overflow tank
Check to see if wipers and heater motor work when vehicle stalls. If all the electronics that you mentioned don't work along with the wipers and heater motor, I would suspect an ignition switch failure
Sounds like your water pump is bad and leaking, causing it to run hot.It is recommended to get a new timing belt when replacing water pump, these prices are without timing belt change. For the dealer's price is 555.00,for repair shop is 428.00,and for you to do it is 72.00,take door number 3.
I have the same problem, when running the air conditioning the front vents will blow hot air. I have not removed the dashboard yet, but I think that the air damper is stuck in the open position. It seemed like a heater core valve problem, but I am pretty sure it is a damper under the dashboard. Now however, I am finally getting some cool air out of the airconditioning vents, but when winter comes, I am afraid I will struggle getting heat again.
Could be several things. The fuse relay to the AC compressor could be bad. The system may need to be recharged due to lack of refrigerant the compressor will not work unless it has enough.
