Where is the BCM located on a 2000 lincoln navagator?

Ford , Lincoln , Mercury in that era called a GEM generic electronic module .
The generic electronic module (GEM) constantly monitors its subsystems for concerns. If a concern is found in one of the subsystems, the GEM will record the concern in the form of a diagnostic trouble code (DTC).
The ignition switch position is very important to the GEM function. Often times, erratic or unexpected GEM function can be traced to problems with these GEM inputs.
The GEM controls the following features:
  • Wipers/washers (front/rear).
  • Warning chimes.
  • Battery saver.
  • Illuminated entry and courtesy lamps.
  • Driver power window.
  • Accessory delay.
  • 4-wheel drive.
  • Heated back lite/mirror.

It sounds like something is drawing power with the key off. It could be the GEM module but I doubt it. There is a draw somewhere. Connect battery and pull fuses one at a time to see if curent drain stops. You will need an ampmeter in series with the battery and the postive cable. Expensive. Get one from pick n pull salvage yard real cheap.
