If I step on the gas it bogs out, when I step on the pedal, it barely advances the motor and barely advances uphill
I'm pretty sure your car does not use vacuum advance for the ignition timing. Timing is controlled by the PCM/ECM based on a lot of input from various sensors (engine temperature, air temperature, air flow, throttle position, engine load, RPM, etc.) You don't mention if the check engine light is on or if you've had codes read. What you need is to have the car diagnosed by a qualified technician with the electronic tools to help identify what's wrong.
Anything else is guesswork; could be fuel supply (fuel pump, fuel filter, injectors), could be back pressure in the exhaust system (catalytic converter plugged), could be EGR system, etc. Having the system diagnosed electronically will point to the problem without having to replace a bunch of parts that are not causing the problem.
