Question about 1993 Honda Accord
This problem is related to a defective fuel pump, you will need to replace it. here is how you do that
Prepare your vehicle for fuel pump servicing. Relieve the fuel system pressure and disconnect the negative battery cable with a socket wrench. Remove the spare tire cover (if present) and trunk floor so that you can open the access panel and disconnect the electrical connection from the fuel pump. remove the fuel pump module retainer and remove the fuel pump, follow the instruction that come with the new pump and install pump, install back in tank, reinstall retaining ring for fuel tank fuel pump module and then reinstall trunk access cover and spare tire.
