Question about 1995 Nissan Altima
I had a hard time locating the sensor too. I went to the dealership and they gave me the schematic. I tracked down by following the schematic

The crankshaft position sensor is located on the back side of the engine, in the engine block near the oil pan towards the transmission. If you take the engine cover off of the top of the engine and look down the back of the block past the intake you can see the sensor and the harness going to it.
