2003 Tahoe - no of the power options work on the front passenger door; no power window, no power lock, no power mirror, no power seat. Also these items cannot be controlled by driver side either. Normally...

that sounds strange. you maybe failing to check one fuse. check all locations for fuses in your car. normally under the hood, and under the dash.
it can also be a relay not working, try to follow the cables from the fuse box once you identify which ones are the ones that control those accesories.

The blinkers on are ford don't work we tried to but in fuses but all the fuses work

If the lights come on but just do not flash, replace the flasher relay. Your Thunderbird has 2 flasher relays. One for the Turn signals and one for the Hazard lights. The turn signal relay is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of steering column, mounted in lower corner of fuse block . The hazard relay is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of steering column, mounted in rear of fuse block. Replace the one for the Turn Signals. Marker lights, tail lights and dash lights do not work

I had a similar nagging problem once, though I do not recall the dashlights being involved. For me, the lines from the brakes went up the steering column to the turn signal. I pulled the wheel and inspected all the connections, and just like that everything worked again. I believe I could have tugged on the wiring harness without pulling hte wheel and obtained the same results.

As far as sounds, the audio system in the corollas are pretty easy to upgrade. You can take it to your local audio shop, or if you chose to do it yourself, there are many websites to order parts for cheap.
Seats, inside door panels and dash, upholstery shop, depends if they are torn or faded

Electrical problem

I just had the same issues. No headlights, interior lights, power door locks, radio controls on steering wheel, or dash lights. Pulled every fuse in cab and under hood, not a one was bad. I disconnected the battery terminals for a few minutes. When I reconnected them every thing was working.
