Lube all the front end fittings, this will be the tie rod ends and the upper and lower ball joints, that is it for the grease joints, on the hinges of the hood and doors use ordinary motor oil and lube the pivot pins, use a white lithium grease on the hood latch parts, that is what we do at the dealer during a LOF (lube and oil filter)
