All 4 O2 Sensors failed at the same time

Check the relays and fuses for the H.E.G.O (heated oxygen sensors) for power and function.

RUNNING TO RICH WHEN YOU FIRST TURN IT ON TOOK IT TO GET CKECKED AND WAS TOLD EITHER THE ERG OR THE OXYGEN SENSOR WAS OUT

Checked how? For generic codes?

Use the codes to component test, the system the codes
point to. Nothing new there, same you always have with
any vehicle issues

O2 Sensors get replaced every 100,000 miles or at failure

Check engine light and car runs very rough

Sounds like you need a new ERG valve and/or ERG sensor.
It supplys oxygen to balance the amount of the gasoline and oxygen your engine recieves if the balance is off it can make a car do what yours is doing
.If you can drive your car over to a auto parts store in your area and they should have a code reader to test your car for free.

Missing some was running great new plugs, cap etc. Maybe air leak? or defective ERG valve??

Check fluid levels and make sure they are topped off and not dirty.  Check ERG valve, check fuel filter, check air filter, check oxygen sensor, and check spark plug gap.  Also, hook this thing up to look for fault codes.

I have a 1999 oldsmobile intrigue that is misting a lot. It idels rough, and runs rough. I can still take off it is a little slow, but I can still go pretty fast, but it still mist at the high speeds...

fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail is probably it or the egr valve is stuck open allowing burnt fuel to flood the intake, im leaning towards the fuel pressure regulator because the o2sensor is probably reading rich or if its reading lean then i would choose the egr valve . good luck
