Question about 1999 Dodge Intrepid
You don't give me much information to work with, and electrical problems can be the most frustrating to solve. I would start naturally by checking the fuses. I hope you've already done this. Next I would check the relays. I believe this is where you will find the solution to your problem. If not I would start to investigate the wireing, especially the grounds. They can cause many problems and sometime people thing it's OK just because the wire is connected, Not always the case my friend. Part of the problem is the fact that electricity only travels on the OUTSIDE of a wire, and if your wire is rusted or corroded can cause you problems.
I hope this solves your problem.
