I have a 2003 Town and Country mini-van and I lost power to all my ... In addition to this my wipers, headlight controls, blinker controls, power door locks, and A/C/heat controls are out as well. The odd thing is that the power windows work, the power sideview mirrors work, the radio and ceiling lights also work.

Check ground points. Battery to body and engine to body.

sounds like a dirty or faulty power take off supply in the power distribution box under the bonnet

It sounds like the gears in your wiper motor are stripped. The fix would be to replace the wiper motor.

the park switch is in the ipdm under the hood on the right side black box by the washer fill tube

I have replaced three of my power window motors. It is a very simple job and bought the replacements at partstrain.com for 82.00.. 3 bolts hold the assembly on. excellent warranty too.

CHECK WIPER FUSE.IF FUSE GOOD POWER GOING TO WIPER MOTOR IF YES.WIPER MOTOR IS BAD. IF NO BAD SWITCH OR BROKE DISCONNECT WIRE.

You likely don't need a new motor. You just have to get your wipers repacked with grease.
