The Thermo Sensor valve would be the next place to look. Since the EGR valve is ok, and your experiencing temp problems, the Thermo Sensor would make sense. Below is a diagram showing the layout and where the valve is. Before removing or replacing, check all the vacuum lines for leaks. It's possible the components are good but a pinhole in a vacuum line could throw a check engine light. Best of luck.

Checking the vacuum lines for leaks and clogs is still the best place to check out first. If all lines are good, there are 2 temp sensors for the EFI engines, the (IAT) air temp sensor and water temp sensor. The IAT would be the next logical place to investigate.

Yes, you need to reset the codes by disconnecting the battery negative terminal for about 15-20 minutes with the ignition key ON. Turn OFF the key, connect the cable again and turn the key. The CEL will turn off.

Check engine light flashes 4-3-7-1 what will be the code number

I would guess 2 codes--43 and 71. 43 says starter signal not reaching ECM. Are you push starting the truck? If not, might be a bad wire from the ignition switch to the computer.
71 is low EGR gas temp. Could be the sensor signal is not reaching the computer but more likely the EGR valve is not opening. May be stuck/clogged, has torn diaphragm, or is not getting vacuum. I believe the vacuum is controlled by a thermal valve. Check to see that the thermal valve is getting vacuum from the intake manifold and opening to deliver vacuum to the EGR valve when the engine reaches operating temp.

EGR system malfunction. Check EGR circuit/switches. Check/replace EGR vacuum hoses. Check/replace EGR Vacuum Modulator. Remove and clean EGR valve. Test EGR valve by applying vacuum to open. If necessary, replace.
