Your message is already old so you surely have gotten into your car by now but for future problems, I'll post this anyhow.
Coat hangers may work but if you can find a friendly cop, they often carry 'slim-jims' which is a thin, flat, flexible piece of steel that slides easily past the gasket and has a hook-like opening on one end to catch the mechanism.

SOURCE: Locked my keys in the car.

sharpen end of coat hanger, bend with wire cutters first to be a hook of sorts, then clip at an angle to dig into the plastic of the door lock pull by the glass. You will have to shape the hanger a bit, can go in through a the driver's door if you pull hard on the door (and wedge with something to hold it open a little while you work), or through a rear side window if it can be opened a little.
Worked several times for me. A Slim Jim does too.

find a small wedge such as a small peice of tapered wood or plastic. wedge this in between the top of the door and body by using a small rybber mallet or the palm of your hand with a glove but be careful not to bend the door to far and break the glass (wedge it away from the body no more than about 1.5 inches). just enough to get a wire or coat hanger in there to move freely and easily hit the unlock button. Also watch that you dont tear the roofs rubber weatherstripping when sliding the wedge into place. Good Luck!!!

How do I reset the anti theft system on my 2011 Ford Edge. I locked both fobs in the vehicle and got in with a coat hanger, but now it will not start and displays no key?

Never come across this issue. Initial glance a the internet recommends using the hard key and cycle your door lock (lock/unlock) and then try to start your car.

Worth a shot.

I have a 1988 cadillac elderado and my keys are in the trunk... My car doors are locked as well. How can I get them out without calling a lock Smith?

Does your car door locks have small lift up knobs on interior doors? You would push down to our ck car. If you do then get a metal coat hanger and small wood wedge.
then untwist coat hanger end create a loop on end so you think it would slide around door lock.
gently pull top of door away from body and of car see if you can put wedge in to hold door slightly. The goal is to insert coat hanger down so you can maneuver over lock, once you do pull up.
you should bend coat hanger thinking of how you will slide into car and long enough to turn and twist until you unlock.
metal coat hangers can be obtained at a dry cleaners.

I left my keys in the ignition. How can i get my keys out of my locked van?

I would like to say use a rock a hammer, a locksmith, or spare keys but I have done this enough times to know how not funny that can be while you are locked out.

Unfortunately with new vehicles they have various anti theft devices built in. Some are rather subtle like the door lock knobs being smooth so you cannot get a grip on them with a coat hanger wire and so on. Without causing damage your options are really quite limited. If you had a window open a inch or two you can use a coat hanger to get the keys out of the ignition by hooking the keyring and getting it outside. Other than that you will not be able to unlock the doors unless you have electric locks and can hit the unlock with the button. Past this simple thing you would have to make a tool called a jimmy which most locksmiths or towtruck or aa drivers might have. Short of busting a window you only other non damaging options are to call AA or a locksmith or talk to the towtruck companies if they can open it for you. This might cost a bit to get it opened but there won;t be any damage other than a bit of pride. This also can be the fastest way in. Even the coat hanger trick will take a lot of time unless you get lucky right away.

I actually have 4 sets of keys for my Ford. Rumour has it that I may have locked myself out once or twice ;-]

I locked my keys in the truck.... Can I get in without a locksmith

If you have Onstar they will unlock the door for you. If you do not have onstart you can use a wire coat hanger. Untwist the coat hagar so it is one long piece of wire. If you have some duct tape use it to create a small ball at one end of the wire, this will make it easier to hit the unlock button. Gently pry the top of the drivers door frame away from the body. Slip the coat hangar into the space created and into the cabin it self. You will then be able to use the coat hangar to hit the unlock button. It will be easier if you have a second person on hand to help with the door. If you do not have a second person use some type of wedge to keep the door frame away from the body while you move the hagar around. Don't pull the door frame away more than about 1/4"-1/2" otherwise you'll bend/damage it.

I used this method on my 05 Tahoe when a parking garage locked the keys in the car and onstar was unable to open the doors because it was inside.

I locked my keys to my 95 ford thunderbird in my trunk

No there is not, but there is an easier way. You take a door stop (yep the ol triangle ones) and a hammer and put the door stop along the top and near the corner of the door. Hammer carefully the door stop into the door jamb and use a coat hanger to get your keys/hit the lock/pull the handle. Not that ive had to do this a few times, but it seems easiest for me and saves the locksmith charge.

Sincerely,

JC
