Give a invoice number on your complaint for reference.
Send it to the service manager, registered mail.

When you bring a car into a dealership with a problem, specify clearly what the problem is.

TALK TO THE SERVICE WRITER DEAL WARRANTY SHOULD BE 1 YEAR IF PART FAIL MAY HAVE OTHER PROBLEM WITH THE TEMP DOOR

I think we all just live in a world of automobiles,that have
too much high tech technology,when not so much is needed,
just to keep exhaust emissions at an acceptable level

At least you kept going back to the dealer & not keep driving
as most people do

You gave the dealer techs several chances at resolving the issues,
all be it, expensive, to say the least.

I don't see anything where you went wrong, or they let you down,
assuming your good to go & no more issues

I assume that the head gasket was something that only moved
& leaked internally under certain conditions & I don't know why or
when the ECU came up as a problem,they don't fail often

a dealership, preferable a KIA dealership

being a 2009, dont have anyone touch it, authorized toyota dealership only, beside doing oil change. anyone does any repair work beside toyota dealership it will void the warranty which has Bumper to bumper 3/36 and powertrain 5/60. take it to them and have them diagnose the problems, if they cant answer of fix the problems take it to another dealership. if two dealership cant fix the issue contact the manufacture and explained the issue if no help then, I would go ahead a file lemon car. dont take no BS from any dealership, you spend allot of money on that car knowing is going to be good to you for many years; not frustrations for many years.

i had a simular problem it was the abs sensor on one of the rear wheels 79.00 part.The wire plugs in under the seat and passes through the floor could be the connection also.

yes there are winsheild people that specialize in just that it is not neccacery to use dealership.
