the code can be found sometimes if your lucky on the drivers door jamb ...The dealer affixxes the sticker their for future reference....If you arent so lucky the only way to get the code is by knowing the model # and serial number for audio unit ...This can be found on a label on the unit itself...So if your able to remove the unit your self this will save you some money.....I personally had the same problem with my Honda and after I checked around at the dealer and independent audio shops everyone wanted to charge between $90-$150 to remove cd/stereo to find the information needed to look up code....And of course make system operable.... Well after I removed the unit and got necessary info I was able to obtain the code for free from dealership once I was able to prove ownership of my Honda...It is not that dificult and is worth the time instead of paying the cash....Hope you find it on your door ....Its a five digit numerical code that you enter on your presets....Good Luck... PleaSE RATE MY SOLUTION SO IT HELPS WITH FUTURE DIAGNOSTICS....tHANK yOU

The car came with 2 cards with the code written on them. If you can't find these cards or it was not written down in your owner's manual, you will have to remove the radio and get the serial # off it. With this serial # Honda can supply the code. Better write it down for future battery replacement. Also found mine on the inside of the fuse box cover under the hood. It's a 5-digit number and is not labeled.
