The motor is probably bad or perhaps a loose connection. However, no, there is no way to move it manually.

I bought a 1994 ford mustang v 6 and the power windows dont work you press the button and i hear a noise then i have to press down or pull up to get the windows up or down and the power seat doesnt work...

Two unrelated problems. If you can hear the window motor running, but you have to manually pull the window up or down, it needs a window regulator. Check the fuse for the power seat. If its good, you can the connector at the motor under the seat to see if its getting power.

Drivers seat will not go back/forth/up or down.

likely a bad fuse. Check your fuses and make sure. IF fuses are good then check the connections to the motor under the seat.

The driver's power seats will not move forward or back in my 2003 Mustang. All the other functions work

most of the time this is switch problems, again with the ohm/volt meters and wiring diagrams. check for power entering and all the grounds. best i can do for you.
"the only thing that makes a good tech is the directions he follows"
buy a repair manual, these have the wiring diagrams in them and easy to follow.

I have a 1994 Ford Mustang, but I can't get the power seats to work. The drivers seat is stuck all the way forwards, and I cannot find the manual release lever for it. How can I get it to move backwards?...

Ive got a 94 mustang and had the same problem... check in the engine where the fuse box is. My problem was the fuse was blown out so it was a quick fix. but if thats the case replacing the fuse is only halfway fixing it because you have to find out what caused it to blow. chances are its a bad ground wire because thats what mine was. as far as the manual release switch i couldnt say on that one because i dont know

1994 volvo 850 turbowagon power seats

Hey cm_szasz!
Here's a diagnostic procedure for the power seats: http://www.volvoclub.org.uk/tech/service/850/PowerSeats.pdf

And here's a load of wiring diagram including power seats: http://www.volvoclub.org.uk/tech/service/850/SystemWiringDiagrams.pdf

The above links are for '95 models, but as far as I know they're identical.
Get the multimeter out and start checking voltages :)
Good luck mate!
