Question about 2004 Dodge Dakota
This problem is caused by the blower speed control resistor being defective, the resistor is located next to the blower motor on the outside of the air ducting and plugged into the cooling air stream, (it is held in by 2 screws) from the blower motor, the blower is on the passenger side under the dash.
