A blown O2 fuse or a short or resistance in the wiring can set this code. A ECM/PCM internal fault can also be the problem.

Mazda mvp 03 spark plugs #5 and #6 are not firing. I pull the conector at idle and nothing. Ive cleaned and checked the injectors. New spark plugs. Ive checked fire, fuel and compression. All seems...

no the bad oxygen sensor never affects misfire it affects only the air/fuel mixture
those are causing misfire (a bad coil, ignition module, distributor pickup, crank sensor,).
and i doubt the
crank sensor cuz computer says sensor even if it said to be o2 but no its the crank one its ok if computer fault
i hope my answer was useful

The computer says that it has a code p1131 manufactor control fuel air metering also p0135 o2 sensor heater ciruit malfunction bank1 sensor1 and p0307 cylinder misfire

firstly check your 02 sesor bank 1 sensor 1 first because maybe 02 sensor death come out more fuel until air metering cannot control so air metering code came out and spark plug overdose fuel and misfire incur check with ohm meter to get the ohm from the 02 sensor rectify

I have a 2002 f150 4.6 codes p1131-p1151-po316-po306 runs bad under 1000 rpms wont idle going down road stumbles at steady 45 mph not sure what to do next what do u think

p0306 is a cyl #6 misfire
p0316 is unknown to me. sry.
p1131 and p1151 deal with the O2 sensors 1151 says Bank 2 Sensor #1 Heater Circuit intermittent. 1131 says that HO2S 11 indicates lean.

p0306. Check the plugs wires and coil at Cyl #6 (second one back from front on drivers side, if it's the same as my Stang)

2002 Ford Windstar Error Code P1131 And P1151

those two codes are for the o2 sensors. both are the upstream sensors on the front and rear banks. so they are desinagted bank 1 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor 1. them most common cause for this is faulty o2sensors , bad gas and of a poor running engine. so if your car runs good (no misfire) and gas is ok then replace the o2sensor witch is the very most common cause.

Same issue as above, except on a 2002 Taurus.

P1131 (Fault Location) Heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 1, bank 1, bank 1-not switching, fuel trim (FT) weak mixture (Probably Cause) Wiring, intake/fuel system, HO2S, EGR system, oil level, camshaft timing, cylinder compression, ECM. Could be any one of these. Is your oil level ok on your dip stick?

P1131 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 1

http://www.ford-trucks.com/article/idx/7/247/article/Ford_OBDII_Diagnostic_Trouble_Codes__P1000P1999__Codes_Specific_to_Ford_vehicles.html

Basically that interprets that one or more of your cylinders has a bad injector, or poor fuel pressure to that bank. As far as which side of the engine is Bank 1, or Bank 2. I believe Bank 1 is usually on the left side of the engine, or driver's side if you're sitting in the driver's seat. Or, if the engine is Transversely mounted... The serpentine belt assembly is North, Bank 1 is the West side of the engine.
