If you declare a ball lost and return to the tee but you ball is found before you make another stroke, can you play the original ball?

I don't think so. However, it might depend on what type of competition you're playing. Otherwise once it's been declared "lost" then you're obliged to play another ball and take the stroke and distance penalty. You can pick the "lost" ball up for later use.

If the tire is wearing on the outside or inside it is the toe in that is out. Camber rarely changes, however you may have worn out control arm bushings on that side. Of course the right should be done as well. The camber should be fine at 0 degrees. Hope this helps, plese post solved on I get credit for a solved problem if it does solve it. If not, check back and give me more info

My clutch is broken there is no traction at all and it is stuck to the floor. I can raise the clutch with my foot but cannot change gear when the car is running. Its an 01 VW Golf, is there a cable in this...

The Golf has a hydraulic type clutch, it works off a master cylinder and uses a slave cylinder to engage and disengage. It has a hydraulic line, hose and tubing. Have you checked the fluid level in the master cylinder? Are there any leaks under your car? Often the seals go out on the slave cylinder and the fluid bypasses not allowing any pressure to build, resulting in a soft pedal that goes to the floor. Fill the master cylinder with approved fluid and "pump" the pedal by hand, you should start feeling some pressure build. Then check for leaks. if that is not the problem, you will need to troubleshoot the clutch for pressure plate problems or possible faulty master cylinder. Good luck, i hope this helps.

Crankcase vent hose, broken, yellow fluid

The crankcase vent hose vents unburned fuel and oil fumes to prevent explosion in oil pan. The combination can result in a yellow or lite chocolate milk color if moisture is also present. These hoses harden over time due to the heat of these fumes and engine heat much like your vacuum hoses that harden.

VW Golf 2001, V4 Oil tank is empty approxi after 2000 miles

Because your car is consuming so much oil, you need to check the level often, so the level won't go down more than one quart. You will get an idea how long you can drive the car before it is down one quart, and should keep the level at the full mark. You should change the oil filter, as it is still collecting contaminants.
Have you checked the spark plugs condition? It seems the oil consumption will result in the plugs being fouled soon . Keep that oil level up, or the result will be a seized engine. Also, I'm guessing the tail pipe shows black residue, another sign of high oil consumption. This is probably why someone sold this car, they didn't want to deal with an expensive repair of an engine rebuild. You are correct, an oil change should be done every 3k miles.
