Why to auto mechanics suggest replacing bad catylitic converters with straight pipe? Is this not anti-environment?

Yes, and it is probably *******. Also, your engine light will not go off anyway, so why not just leave the bad converter on the car? Makes no sense at all.

DTC codes p0420 and p0430

Both codes mean the computer does not think the catalytic converter(s) are working correctly. The data is based on what the O2 sensors are sending to the engine computer.
There could be a problem with one of the cats, or one of the O2 sensors. You would need someone with a scanner that could watch the data stream from the sensors to figure it out.

Catalytic converter & check egine light

You didnt say what country or state you are from. If you are from the US removing the cats will cause your to fail safety and emissions inspections due to missing components ie no catalyctic converter. The cats dont have anything to do with exhaust noise. They are there to capture bad emissions. What dealer did you take it to? A reputable dealer would not have told you straight pipes would solve the problem.

There should be no difference in using an OEM or aftermarket cat to the O2 sensors-as long as it fits with no leaks, it will do exactly what an OEM cat would do, with a significant savings. When the pipes are dropped behind the cats, inspect for 'clogging'-although it does happen, your cats behind your 4.6 are not as prone to breaking up as the earlier generations of catalytic converters, so look yourself for proof that they are damaged. If you do replace the cats, the rear sensors only monitor the cats thenselves they do NOT affect the way the engine runs at all. You are being sold a bill of goods in my opinion.

I have a 2005 lincoln aviator and the fuse is not working. It is a 60A, I went to all the auto stores around here and no one carry that sizes. The yellow fuse for my aviator is wide can you help me

The reason a fuse blow is it is trying to protect something. Knowing why the fuse blew is important, not just replacing it. Try NAPA part number BK7825518...60amp maxi fuse available at any NAPA auto parts store or online.
