I need to identify EEC or PCM module on 1994 Ford Ranger. Could you show me a picture and describe it's location?

The PCM /ECM is located just to the right of the master cylinder next to the inside of the front fender, it is a large connector with 60 pins, it is a rectangular shape, see photo below.

What Wire do I attach to in my 2001 Ranger for the tach mode of m RS82 emote starter

Here is what I found:
NOTE #5: the PCM is located on TOP of the FIREWALL toward the Passenger side of the vehicle under the hood in Pin 48. It is also at the Ignition coil.

With that information, it might be easiest to check for the Tan/Yellow wire on the coil pack and follow it back to a suitable spot to tap into it.

Your ranger doesn't have a ICM - ignition control module . PCM - engine computer controls spark .

Where is the PCM located?

I believe its near the emergency brake, however the wires are through the firewall .

Where is the turn signal flasher located in a 2001 ranger

Hi T:
On 2001 Ford Truck Ranger 2WD 4.0L EFI SOHC 6cyl the Flasher is located front seating area, behind steering column cover, onleft hand side of steering column.

Where is the ignition module control located on 1996 ranger 2.3 e

It does not have an ignition control module. The PCM (powertrain control module) fires the coil pack based on signal it recieves from the crankshaft position sensor and the camshaft position sensor.
