1st You should replace the fuse.
If you mean your engine cooling fan, then don't drive it untal it's fixed. It can keep the car from starting as a safety procedure so you don't overheat and blow your engine.

If you mean your A/C-Heater blower fan you can start and drive a car with this fuse blown
Hope this helps mike

Does a flat tire keep my 2001 buick park avenue from starting?

Hello, I have one & they have sensors that tell the computer the tire is flat. Inflate & car should start. You could try removing the fuse for the sensore, see your owners manual for fuse box diagrams. Just suggestions.

1.my cruise control stopped working, how do I figure out whats wrong.2.When I enter my car the interior lights start flickering and the locks keep keep jumping around like thereunlocking and locking then it...

this sounds like it could be a ground wire problem and not a fuse problem.it will not neccesarily be an easy fix.all ground wires need to be checked.this coincides with the lights and lock problem.this is just a starting place but an important starting point.

WILL A FUSE STOP A 2004 CAVILIER FROM STARTING

yes! there are several fuses that could keep a car from starting. depending on the symptom your having depends on the fuse to look at. if it cranks but no start look for a fuel related fuse or relay. if it doesnt even crank over than look for your main fuse or possibly a ecm or pcm fuse. would need a little more detail on what exactly the car is doing
