Changing fuse I have removed two screws but there isnt an obvious way of opening the plug without forcing it

Why the front brake stock I have released the purge

What do you mean purge. There is no purge there is a zerk fitting to bleed the air out of the lines. First of all why was the brake stuck in the first place? If its front brakes i assume we are talking caliper again you dont let us know what kind of car your work ing on. But there are usually 2 fasteners holding the calipeir to the hub assembly identfy those and remove then romove caliper with a large C clamp force piston( on inboard side of caliper) all the way open without cracking open the bleeder screw One may have to remove the outboard brake pad or maybe both brake pads but its a fairly simple procedure. If your talking opened tje purge you must have some idea how brakes work so maybe this isnt over your head. Replace brake pads reassemble. First couple pumps will go to floor that the brake system taking up the slack you put in by opening caliper. Dont crack the system you wont have to bleed it. Should free up stuck brakes dont ever drive car with bleeder valve open

Changing brake pads and or rotors

When changing pads or rotors the brake plunger must be forced back to make room for the replacement pads. It is important that with cars with anti lock brakes that the bleeder screws must be opened when pushing the plunger back. Not doing so and forcing fluid up to and in the reserve can injure the anti lock brake system and they are expensive to repair.

How do i remove the wiring harness from the fuse box or fire wall?

Look for mounting screws on the under the hood side of the fuse box

What is near the motor? This isnt working on HIGH. So its not a resistor. If that is what you are talking about? High isnt connected to a resistor. Its direct power so what would changing the resistor do if the only possible problems are fuse, relay or switch? If it worked on HIGH and not setting one through three then yes it would be the resistor on the ac blower motor if it is still powering on when tested on the low settings.

How do i remove interior door panel to repair lock if door will not open

You will need to first remove the seat in front of the door so you can gain access to the panel. Then inspect the panel for retainers screws if there are any. There should be one or two in the armrest and one behind the filler panel on the door opener handle.Look for little plugs that are the same color as the panel, pick these out and remove the screw behind them.Then it should be a matter of creative tugging to get the panel off the door. If you are lucky you will not damage the panel removing. Just take your time and try to not use excessive force to remove anything. This is a matter of finesse rather than force.

look for any plugs that may be covering screws around outside edge, as well as obvious screws, then the rest will probably be push/pull clips. Usually a quick **** will release them.

Heat transfer stuck

our temperature control actuator is bad. It's a little motor that moves the temp door. They are about $70 at the dealer. To change it you need to remove the knee trim panel on the passenger side (3 screws, 7mm socket). The actuator is in the center above the transmission hump. It has one harness plugged into it and 2 screws (5.5 mm). Take the screws out and it should drop straight down. Align the actuator with the lever on the door and put the screws in. Plug the harness back in. Turn your temp control to cold and remove the HVAC 1 fuse. Should be in the fuse panel on the drivers side of the dash. Turn your key to run and leave it on for at least 1 minute. Turn your key back off and put the fuse back in.
P.S. The trim panel is a PITA to get off, so while you have it off check to see if you have the cabin air filters and change them while you are under there.

1990 Totota Celica manual door lock will not unlock

wow, sounds like fin. but you actually can take apart the door inside the car. it would be a b#$%(, but i'm not sure you have a choice. unscrew the handle in the appropriate places, remove plugs if you have to. the door is in with clips. you can remove the door cover by prying it away slowly with a long screw driver or nail bar. be careful, but also use force, it isn't easy and you might stop b/c you're afraid of breaking something, it sounds bad when they pop too, you might break the clips or the door panel, but that's the way of the world.

once you remove the door panel it will likely be obvious what the problem is. has the car ever been in a accident? have you shut the door on the belt alot?

Changing the plugs

Please use this for reference only since I have a 1996 C 220.
On the top center of the motor is a cover over the spark plugs. Remove the cover and you should see your plug wires. Obviously just unplug wires and remove the plugs. However I did not have a spark plug wrench the held the plug so I had to put the plug into the wire and slightly twist the plug into the opening. I then removed the wire again and used the wrench to tighten. Only do one plug at a time obviously.
