You will likely need to replace the coiled ribbon circuit called the clockspring under the steering wheel to remedy this problem, it must have a broken filament wire that is shorting to a ground..

2008 Kia Rio. Horn not working and Airbag light is on. Have checked horn fuse and also replaced relay. Any ideas?

As Steve said the clock spring in the steering column can be the reason for both of the problems you have . As the wheel is turned left or right the clock spring allows contact for the horn and airbag systems .

Where are the headlight fuses located in a 2013 Kia Optima

Fuse boxes are usually at the kick panel (under the steering column on the left), or in the engine compartment (near the battery).

I have a 1998 chrysler concorde. The airbag light on the dash stays on and my horn doesnt work. How do i fix this without costing me tons of money?

Could be a wiring problem or the clockspring in the steering column.
You would need to pull the steering wheel and test the circuits.

Headlight burned out on drivers side

had to replace a few headlights on my optima also, i spoke to a few people who own kia's and it seams to be a problem most of us have, and if one goes, it wont be long until the other one follows, make sure you use kia bulbs for replacement, i tried other bulbs and they dont always give off the proper amount of light.

I own a 2002 Kia Optima. Recently, there is a rumbling noise coming from the front center of the car into the cabin onc you get underway. The faster you go, the louder the rumbling noise. No other problems...

no worries about the airbag light. just be sure to wear you seatbelt. in the event of and accident the airbag may or may not deploy! but to replace the airbag unit its self will be very costly $800-2500. as for the noise you may need to be more specific. its can be anything from alignment, bad ball join, bad motor mount or tran mount, bent rim, or even a bad tire

The airbag light in dash staying on in my 2004

Under driver and passenger seats are wires that go to seat belt anchors. These are tensioner wires.Unplug the wires from the plug under the seat.clean and replace.Doing this while the ignition is turned off. Then turn ignition back on.In 90% of the time this is your problem.Constant movement of seat causes this or rear passengers kicking plugs off.Good luck phil.

My 2006 kia optima airbag indicator light stays on

my advise to you is not to attempt a repair to the airbag system yourself. The airbag module can be set off by static electricty & goes off with the force of a shotgun blast
