SOURCE: My car stereo is locked
There should be a Renault security code somewhere on the radio in the format TOA123 otr TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode.
Then POST A NEW QUESTION
quoting this security number and the other Serial Numbers and you should get a free code fairly quicky

You can not do what your doing on todays
high tech vehicles.
The computer knows what radio was installed at the factory,
so if it stolen ,it can not be used, nor can you
install an aftermarket ,without a lot of system knowledge.
A Car Audio Store may have done a conversion,
but on an LS,I wouldn't bet on it.

Welcome to Fixya
Most common problem for this would be the clock spring. Do a code check. If air bag light on and or the horn dont work for sure clock spring need replacement. Clock spring is located in the steering wheel under driver air bag module (remove air bag, remove steering wheel, remove clock spring ). Air bag codes require a scanner and an OBDII reader will not get you air bag codes
stop by a local repair shop they should have the scanner to communicate with air bag module and pull any codes for you.
Thank you for using Fixya!
