ESP/bas light is on won’t start. I have a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan sxt 4.0

Those lights pertain to the electronic stability system and anti skid, they should not have an influence on the starting of the vehicle. Check the battery. A low power condition can affect the sensors and be misleading.

I have a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan, the ESP/BAS light along with the traction control light and the malfunction indicator light came on, what could this mean?? Will it be expensive to fix??

Only way to tell is have a scan tool hooked up an check the DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes . Most auto part stores will check these for free . Could be a simple wiring problem ,or a sensor of some kind or a brake control module . Don't know with out knowing what codes are stored .

The esp light abs lightbas light and brake light came on where is sensor location

What is the question?

What are the codes?

Certainly you have had many times,
when you checked for codes, because
of a vehicle fault

You have to diagnose a vehicle, to find
a problem, you don't throw parts at the unknown

ESP/BAS, ABS, TCS, indicator lights came on at same time

Usually a bad wheel speed sensor. But when warning lights come on, there are always trouble codes stored in the computer. Get the codes read and then you'll know where to start your diagnosis.

Where is the tracion control off button for a dodge caravan?

There should be a button labeled ESP next to the hazard switch.

(Page 343 of your owners manual)
This mode is entered by momentarily depressing the ESP
OFF switch (located in the center switch bank, next to the
hazard flasher switch).
When in Partial OFF mode, the TCS portion of
ESP, except for the "limited slip" feature described
in the TCS section, has been disabled
and the ESP/TCS Indicator Light will be illuminated.
All other stability features of the ESP function
normally. This mode is intended to be used if the vehicle
is in deep snow, sand or gravel conditions and more
wheel spin than ESP would normally allow is required to
gain traction. To turn ESP on again, momentarily depress
the ESP OFF switch. This will restore the normal ESP ON
mode of operation.
