My light covers dont open when headlights are turned on

Not sure on yours, but some are electrical, some operate on vacuum. Since both don't work, and I think they are electric, There should be a relay which controls them. Might first use a test lamp or voltmeter to see if you are getting juice to the motors when trying to open. If you have good voltage but they don't work, bad motors. No voltage = bad relay.

We dont have te owners manual to the car and the horns not working. we think it may be a fuse but dont know wich fuse to check

First of all, if your horns are not working, it is NOT CAUSED by a fuse! Fuses do not cause electrical system failures. Blown fuses are ALWAYS THE RESULT of an electrical system failure.

Cooling Fan Operation
The Electronic Control Module (ECM) regulates the voltage to the cooling fan relay. The relay operates the fan when the engine coolant temperature exceeds 106°C (223°F) The cooling fan will turn on automatically during extended idle conditions under 5 miles per hour. For diagnosis and location of the relay, refer to Electrical Diagnosis.

it wont be in your car manual but it will be in your repair manual from autoparts store under electrical section and it will show you which fuse aswell as how to do any tests on units, get a repair manual either chiltons or haynes is fine the run about $20.00 at local parts store or you can order online and on ebay!
