Check for bad harness connection Under the dash at the back of instrument cluster housing. Make sure connectors are plugged in completely. Check all fuses located under dash (drivers side) Consult your owners manual for fuse legend.

Since replacing the battery everything works fine except the speedo, Rev counter, fuel and temp gauges. All fuses in fuse box seems ok. ?

Hi Go to the Dealer and have them check it out. It maybe a simple and pushing a reset button. Or it could be something more complicated. Also check for code scan faults.#. Good luck

Instrument cluster going dead after airbag light comes on

I had the exact same issue with my 1999 cherokee. None of the gauges worked, the red airbag light was on, the horn didn't work etc.... After going to several different mechanics, it was determined that i had a bad ECM computer. I got online, went to autocomputer exchange.com, got a remanufactured computer, put it in... and all the gauges now work. I highly recommend doing this, because the dealership will screw you for almost $1000 for a new computer... whereas, I paid only $225 for the one from autocomputer exchange. Anyhow, everything works great now.

1998 GRAND CHEROKEE CLUSTER NOT WORK , WILL LIGHT WITH LIGHTS ON NO IGNITION LIGHTS ONLY ABS INDICTORS WORKING

I would look for a blown fuse first, then look for a loose connector on the harness under the dash, considering the age of the vehicle, the connectores tend to get heat checked and crack causing a short or poor connections.. please rate this
