Question about 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
I've had my 02 with the same motor do this twice. Only when it was very cold out. 16 degrees and 2 degrees. It sounds like you have checked a lot of things. What I did to get mine going was turn the harmonic balancer by hand a bit. (it turns kind of hard.) I would make sure your grounds are clean and tight. Check the ground from the battery to the body.
