Was the flywheel machine smooth along with the new clutch? Was the pressure plate and disk replaced as a set? If the flywheel was not removed and machined then you have found your problem.

I did the clutch and now there is a shudder when pulling away and in between gear shifting. Please help

Did you put in a rebuilt clutch or a brand new one?
Shudder is usually weak clutch disc torsion springs.
Rebuilt discs may have weak torsion springs on the clutch disc while new clutch disc torsion springs should be "new" and should not cause clutch shudder.
One other cause can be broken or damaged motor mounts.

Toyota corrola 1997 clutch do not shift.

Hi two questions first. Is the pedal operating normally? Will the lever select gears with engine off? If so the clutch will need replacing.

My 206 2lt turbo diseal judders when starting of in first gear

Check loose or worn engine mounts. Mostly clutch shudder is caused from worn clutch plate or oil on the plate from front seal of gear box or engine rear main seal
