This is what I've found by doing a simple search, but If you haven't replaced the belt, I wouldn't suggest you clear the message.
Click menu on the turn signal lever to the left of the steering column until the Vehicle information menu appears. Scroll thru the screens by rotating the lever a few times until the replace timing belt item is displayed. Press and hold the set button on the end of the lever. It will ask are you sure you want to reset? Rotate the lever to select yes and hit the select button again to confirm. Make sure you have changed your timing belt before resetting this. Severe engine damage may occur if the timing belt is not changed on a regular schedule.

What fan ? Inside heater /A/C blower motor fan ? The blower motor control module , possibly !
Or radiator cooling fan ?
