I need to know what fuses are in the fuse block on the positive battery cable of 1991 Toyota previa

Should be listed in the owners manual, if not hook a amp meter to the fuse terminals, switch on all accessories and note the draw ,then fit the next highest fuse. Example 10 amp draw fit 15 amp fuse.

Battery draining out checked alternator lights radio etc please advise new battery fitted aswell

You need to do a parasitic draw test with a amp meter hooked up in series with negative battery post an negative battery cable ! Check how much draw there is an then pull fuse's till you see the draw go away . Find a wiring diagram of power flow for that circuit to see what all is powered by that fuse . What is the sequense to bolt the head on my engine

Each manufacturer will have a torque sequence, which you should find out. But, as general rule., you start in the middle, and work outwards in circle motion..drawing an imaginary circle above the head and extending outwards..you snuggly fit each bolt your finger moves over..until all bolts are snug. (Not tight or torqued yet) Now you torque as per manufacturer, or if you dont have that info, then repeat the same sequence above. You will need a torque wrench and the desired torque setting.

Installing a belt

First thing is to draw a map of where the existing belt goes.. Up under the bonnet with a permanent marker is a good place. Release the adjuster/tensioner pulley/s and take the old belt off. . Fit the new belt ensuring that it sits properly in the pulley grooves and re-tension the pulleys

Fitting a Tec2 relay to protect starter battery

I don't have any info on a Tec2 product, but the basic setup is to put a relay in between the camper battery and the voltage source to charge it. Most of the time the aux battery has a 10 or 12 gauge wire to charge it from the engine alternator and you break the connection with the relay. The relay would be "off" until the engine is running.
Did you get a diagram with the Tec2 ?

How to replace the belt tensioner?

On the right side of engine locate the alternator at the very back, directly below it is the tensioner. There is a square hole a 3/8" ratchet will fit into. Turn counter-clockwise to relieve the tension, at the same time remove the belt from the alternator pulley, let relax. In the center of the tensioner portion (not the pulley for the tensioner) there is a bolt. Remove the bolt and the tensioner. When installing new tensioner there is an alignment pin on the rear, make sure it fits in the alignment hole before tightening the bolt (it will break new tensioner). tighten the bolt, reinstall ratchet head relieve tension, and reinstall belt. Be careful with the belt when loose, that you don't lose the directional routing. There should be a diagram on a bracket just above the water pump, but if not draw it out before removing the belt.

We need to tow a trailer and want to install a transmission cooler which size fits best and where to mount it????

Thoses trucks have one already in the rad but if you need more cooling check with an auto parts store (one that you trust!)for the size needed for the transmission size. Typical mount location is in front of the rad where the fan can draw air through it!

1998 chevy 3500hd, 6.5 turbo. has two new batteries and two new alternators but when hot there is an intermitant draw that dims the lights and puts a major drain on the electrical system when running. What...

Some educated guesses:-
Check the operation of the radiator cooling and air conditioner condensor fans.- There may be a seized fan motor causing the current draw.
With such a major current draw I would expect a fuse to blow or circuit breaker to operate - check all fuses installed in system are of correct rating,

Check for damaged (heat?) wiring adjacent to exhaust/turbo fittings.

How do i replace the serpentine belt on my 2000 jeep cherokee with air conditioning.

There is a tensioner pulley on the drivers top side of the engine. Loosen the bolt on the pulley about a turn or so (I believe it's 15mm). Then loosen the adjusting bolt above the pulley until tension is off the belt. Remove the belt and route the new belt in the same manner the old one was. There should be a diagram under the hood showing the routing. If not, draw a quick one up before removing the old belt. Tighten the adjusting bolt until there is sufficient tension on the belt and lock down the pulley bolt.
