Kill switch ? GM vehicles don't use one . Ford ues one , inertia fuel shut off switch > It's it case the vehicle is in a accident > It kills B+ voltage to the fuel pump > GM vehicles don't need one , it's the way the fuel pump is powered . The PCM/ECM - engine computer supplys B+ voltage to energize the fuel pump relay .

Low coolant switch? Are you talking about the sensor? It is suppose to be somewhere on the radiator likely just below the intake hose or output hose. I have a Regal and am unsure of what you are asking for.

Could be a ground problem , do you know about automotive electrical circuit's ? Has a B+ voltage side an a ground side to compleat the circuit back to the negative side of the Battery ? Looking at wiring diagrams for the affected system's i see they share a common ground point . G 201 ,do you know about body grounds ? I would look for a loose connection . G201

Why can't I find the power steering fluid cap on my 2004 buick regal?

if its the 3.1 liter its right on top can't miss it , however if its the 3.8 liter , look towards the firewall behind the motor , its down there , not easy to get to , don't kill the messenger :)
