yes, most of the time the wiring is already there, the car can be made with power seats or without, as long as its the same year or close, otherwise you would have to run a power and ground wire to it, not a big job, hope this helps,

My power windows stopped working on my volkswagon passat 2003


FIRST CHECK FUSES AT THE LEFT.A 10 AMPS MINI FUSE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POWER WINDOWS AND COMFORT .SECOND CHECK IF WATER IS PRESENT AT THE DRIVERS SEAT FLOOR!!IF SO TAKE OUT THE COVERS AT THE DRIVERS SIDE AND LIFT THE CARPET.UNDERNEATH U WILL FIND A BLACK BOX.INSIDE THE COMFORT CONTROL UNIT LIES !!!!HOPEFULLY WITH LITTLE WATER INSIDE.TAKE IT OUT AND CLEAN.CHECK CONTACTS AT THE CONNECTORS FOR CORROTION.

Where is the key hole in 2012 passat


That is the cover beside the your driver door handle, just need a isolation tool to open it to avoid the scrathes. than only u can found that is a key hole behind the cover.

2003 passat 1.8T gls power dirver seat


Seeing you have a GLS edition... most of them have at least a power DRIVERS seat. I own a 2003 GLX v6 and it comes with both front seats powered and heated. i hope this helps!
