Look first right rear back under fuel tank,< If not, follow fuel lines from fuel tank one main line, one return line, traveling parallel to frame all the way to the motor compartment on front, can be front under right passenger side, first by the filter at the auto parts, that way you will know what to look for

Without actually looking/diagnosing your vehicle, the problem could be just about anything (fuel pressure, out of time, vacuum leak, defective sensor (i.e., MAP, MAF, ECT, IAT, CKP, etc.), Does the Check Engine light come ON when this happens? Whenever the "Check Engine" light comes on, there is always a DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) stored in the ECM (Engine Control Module). You'll need an OBDII (On-Board-Diagnostics) scanner to retrieve any codes recorded/set in ECM. Once you do this and let us know what, if any codes are set, then we can go from there.

Try changing the fuel filter and get the glow plugs checked or replaced .Diesel goes a little waxey in colder weather making it harder to go through the filter .
Hope this helps.

Is this a translation from another language? I suggest you take English grammar and spelling lessons, then come back with a legible question so we can answer it. Please.
From what I can gather, there's no power to your fuel pump. Did you test it with an outside power source? How about the harness, is there continuity in all of the wires?
