When I turn my Ryobi table saw on it starts, then stops and starts again(maybe) then runs slowly, then runs fast, then slow. Does this several times then might speed up. Is this a brush problem?

Check firstly if al wire connections are secure and tight. Might just be a loose wire. If the wires are secure check if blade rotate freely by disconnecting the machine from live ( unplug the machine at the wall socket) and rotate (spin) the blade to see if it rotates freely. If the brushes are gone you will hear a typical blow torch sound and see lots of sparks/blue light through the cooling vents of the motor

1997 Buick Skylark radiator fan weak, works sporadically

Hi, I believe it could be a bad temp sensor. Which turns the fan on or off. Have it checked. Replace it with new one. Hope that helps you.

Slow to start after sitting a few hours. Engine turns over fast but takes several seconds to start. once started, subsequent starts are good until you wait a few hours.

Check the fuel system pressure--if low, a weak fuel pump may take some amount of time to restore sufficient pressure to start. Does the exhaust emit black smoke for a short time when having starting trouble? This could point to leaking fuel injector(s). Don't know whether doing a computer scan would show anything, but maybe worthwhile. Go to Autozone or similar business for a free scan. Hope this helps!

How do you bleed a power steering pump on a 2005 dodge caravan

With the engine running slowly turn the steering wheel from stop to stop several times. Make sure the level stays full. As the air pockets are reduced the level may go down. It may take awhile to get all the air out of the system. If the power steering works it is not a problem.

Car turns over slowly, wont start

Put a volt meter across the battery terminals. You need at least 12v there in order to get the starter turning. If voltage is less, have it charged and load tested then try again. If it still turns too slow, put the volt meter back on and check voltage while turning. If it drops below 9.5 volts while cranking the starter is likely at fault and needs replacement.
If you have a security system make sure you know how to re-arm it before removing the battery. Check the charging system after you get it started. and make sure belt is not slipping as well.

Blinking sound that want stop

The simple solution could be the turn signal flasher (which are generally located under the dashboard). Very inexpensive. But you say that smoke was coming out of the turn signal arm. In that case it could be shorted out. To replace the turn signal arm assembly is pretty expensive. Maybe around $200.00 for parts and labor at a shop. Good Luck!
