I assume you mean central heat and air? Relay won't engage if there is low freon pressure or another fault. There is a reset button on most units on outside unit underneath cover.

My boot wont lock on the central locking system

1. Check to see if the mechanism is not broken or seized and is engaging properly. 2. Check that the solenoid is not open circuit. 3. Check to see if the solenoid is getting voltage. 4. Trace wiring back to the relay. 5. Make sure relay is operating. 6. Check voltage on relay. 7. Check where power comes from to relay. It may take a bit of time, but follow this procedure and I'm sure you'll find and fix it. Good luck. Cheers

Could a solenoid that was initially wired wrong cause a fuel pump to stop priming or, burn the pump up?

You could have fried the motor in the pump.
If you have battery voltage at the pump with the pump relay is engaged, and a good ground, and the pump does not run, chances are the pump is cooked.

Relay 1 passenger fuse box

Does the heater work ? blower motor pushes air out of the vent's ? A/C compressor doesn't engage ? I'm try to figure out what you have going on there . completely dead on dash panel ? Two fuse in the central junction box F2.14 10 amp an F2.20 10 amp these power the climate control panel . Relay one has nothing to do with it . If the fuse's are good you need a new control panel .

I bought a brand new starter and new battery in the last 7 days. When I try to start my car, the engine does not engage, instead, all I get is a loud rapid clicking noise. Does anyone know what it mig

I guess I will start by saying we can only guess because we are not there in person.
My first question would be, where is the noise coming from ?
If it is the starter, you could have missing teeth on the flywheel and nothing for the starter to engage.
Depending on the make model and year, if you have a starter relay other than the one on the starter it could be faulty.
As long as you have 12 volts and a couple hundred amps of power at the starter post, and a good ground, the starter should turn. If the neutral safety switch was faulty you would get nothing when you turn the key. And the alternator would not come into play until after the engine starts.
Can you turn the engine by hand ?
Can you jump the starter with a screwdriver or jumper wire and make it turn ?

My fuel pump isnt getting any power to it at all and its brand new. My car will turn over but it won't start..HELP..also we've tested the relays and the fuse.

If the fuse and relays are good, then it is most likely a wiring problem.

First using a test light or meter, make sure you have power to the fuse when the ignition is on.
With help from someone, make sure the relay is engaging. This can be done by feel (should be a faint click when engaged) or with a meter.

From there, trace the wiring to the fuel pump.

Starter stays engaged withouy key on.as soon as i plug in starter relay the starter stays on until unplugin relay also this is a brand new starter in this car.

You would have to check to see if you have constant power going to the starter, it is possible that the ignition switch is going bad and causing power to always be supplies to the system. You might pull the ignition switch and plug relay in and see if that solves the problem.

91 datona wont start

That relay you are talking about is your starter solenoid.  If your car is a manual, put it in neutral with teh ebrake on.  Turn the key to the on position.  Take a screwdriver and jump the 2 bigger posts.  If your starter engages, then your solenoid is shot.  They are pretty cheap and easy to fix.  Keep the Dodge's alive!!  PLease rate!
