It depends on the problem. Either you don't have enough air passing thru the evap core, or the level of freon is not right, or there is a restriction in the ac lines. A mechanic would use a set of pressure gauges to check freon flow.
unplug the cam sensor behind the water pump pulley; see if it starts; if it does, shut off engine; replace both cam and crank sensors because crank sensors go out in these engines
pull up the carpet and locate the spot from the ac drianage duct insde the car, check for any holes in the floorboard or firewall and reroute the hose out side the passenger compartment, thru the fire wall it may have a rubber grommet covering the hole in the firewall, which can be removed to put duct hole thru.
