My rear wind washer will not spray fluid on my 2000 Durango.
Most of the times these system have two independent circuits (Pump, line and switch) but they share same liquid reservoir.
So, during problem investigation check if you hear something when actionning the control.
If you hear something ( the pump) then the liquid line is 'cluggered' down the line so try to identify where it is (starting from the pump normally located at the botom of the liquid washer reservoir).
If you don't hear anything then the pump is not working. Then first check the circuit fuse. If it's not faulty then disconnect the pump electrical harness and check with a volt lmeter if you have voltage to the pump.
If you get no voltage the problem is before the pump. If you have voltage, the the problem is the pump by itself.
By the way, my guess is that the pump is bad and has to be replaced.
Let us know if you need additionnal information.
