There is no leak of gas until the engine is cold. After starts dripping on the rear of the gas tank. Yukon 4x4 05. Is this return line or something else? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

You will need to follow leak to pin point the leak to fix.Could be the seal that holds the pump in tank, could be fuel filter leaking and gas is traveling down fuel line to back of vehicle.Get a pair of safety glasses to look, could be return line. Can you do a video of the leak?

Clutch pedal not returning occasionally

Check the linkage if it has one. If it has a hydrolic clutch, make sure it is full and there are no leaks. The clutch cylinder, if it has one, may be going bad. If it has a mechanical clutch, the linkage may need lubed or it could be binding on something.

My accelerator keeps getting stuck what is the problem if it is not the breaks or the transmission

the gas pedal is usually connected to a cable which connects to a spring loaded flap in the fuel injector or carburetor system. the spring load is to keep it shut down to idle mode as a default, and it returns the pedal to the full out position. So if your pedal is not returning when you take your foot off, I would look for something hanging the cable up or the spring may have broken or come off. Often times a person will remove an air filter or some other contraption and put it back on incorrectly which binds or pinches the accelerator cable or the return spring.

I1995 audi a6 quattro ignition switch does not return automatically to start position - i have to manually turn the key back 1/4 turn. can this be fixed, lubed or something?

Some can be repaired the first thing is to try a little wd40 in the key hole and work key in ignition, the spring back action is done by the switch not the ignition cylinder locjk, but if the lock binds up it will cause it not to return, so start with the lube, after a few days if it still doesnt return then remove covers and replace the switch on the back of key switch. hope this helps, most of the time the lube works.

My Volvo C70 - 2002- has power seats, the drivers seat is all the way forward, and will not return or move in any way.

There is a plastic piece that holds the return spring for the switch on the seat back release. When this piece breaks, the switch can't indicate that the release is back in the lock position. You will have to take part of the seat apart to replace this piece. There could be something else causing this problem, but this is the most common.

Had my car repaired. They replaced valve covers, gaskets, plugs, filters, manifold intake and front axles. Now my engine light goes on and I was diagnosed PO325 and PO400 by Auto Zone. Help. Should I...

PO325 is the knock sensor circuit--- something wrong with the circuit
PO400 is exhaust gas return flow--- something is not not hooked up right or blocked. I would deffinatley take it back and have them fix it, especially if it was alright before the repairs.

I have engine knocking and it started after my timing belt was replaced. What are my options?

No options, take it back right away and have it fixed. If something was not done properly and the belt comes off, major engine damage will occur. Most shops would be begging you to return asap. They would rather deal with it now when it might just be something minor, as opposed to having to fight with you over a new engine.

Check engine 2003 mitsubishi

I had this issue and there wasn't anything wrong.. take off the battery cables for 5 minutes and then put them back on. If you put it back on and the check engine light doesn't return, it was probably just a sensor wanting you to replace something after a particular mileage. However if you does return, probably need to take it to a mechanic to get reading of the codes, or you can do this with a analog voltage meter.

Warning: unplugging your battery cables will most likely delete all your radio stations... lol
