Your car has fuel injectors, require hi pressure to operate, you need a way to ck pressure. When you turn key on, can you hear pump whirring ? if not, it could be pump or relay.key must not go to start, just where lites com on in dash...listen near tank filler to hear, you may need help. relay is usually in fuse box in eng compartment. read legend in lid to tell which relay it is. good luck.

2007 yaris cranks but want start. New fuel pump not getting power. How to I check the fuel pump control circuit

You need a wiring diagram of the fuel circuit, here is a link to a possible source of the diagrams. http://bbbind.com/free_tsb.html

One note you understand the pump only runs when the engine is being cranked?

i cant help you all, i have only above is parts lists.
we need SYMPTOMS and tests.
all i have is "Stalls while driving."
I assume nothing, I let testing facts dictate all my actions.

ok (50 to 100 causes) so..... what.?
now my 20 questions, sorry , engines and EFI are complex.
hint join toyotanation? not here?

  1. starts ok hot and cold engine?.
  2. idle at 800 rpm and regulates there hot.?
  3. stalls hot and engine,?

2007 Toyota Yaris Sedan check engine light error code P2420

rule 1, P2 means private Toyota code DCT.
where did you see this. on the dash, at autozoned. or where?
where, counts.
2420 means EVAP failure.
bar stool, the gas tank vents are SNAFU'd or FUBAR.
they leak. that is the purpose of evap is to stop fuel fumes from leaking to our fresh air.
and runs test full time. to make that happen.
if it fails the car will not explode or do something dangerous.
i never use forums to find truth here, as most are full of rumor and bull.
i use real Toyota data (the FSM)
data;
Vent valve stuck open (vent)
Following condition met during key-off EVAP monitor:
  • EVAP pressure change when vent valve closed (ON) less than 0.3 kPa-g (2.25 mmHg-g)
that is metric, pressure, convert as you see fit.

  • Canister pump module (Reference orifice, leak detection pump, vent valve)
  • Connector/wire harness (Canister pump module - ECM)
  • ECM
While ignition switch OFF

the PCM toggles the vent valve. and expects a .3kPa change.

id say tighten the gas cap, and reset the eCU, with any scan tool.

see if it comes back, costs zero, effort 5min.
then if it comes back check cap for damage or replace it.
if that dont fix it you will need to test the system.
the FSM covers all that. doing leak down tests, etc.
do you want to do that?
yes, then log in to alldata.com and read.

I have toyota yaris 2007 sedan model. When I start I smell Gasoline inside the cabin. Is it serious problem. How can I solve this. Please give me a solution

look inside your engine compartment towards the back for gas. I've seen fuel lines that have small o-rings go out and cause that smell inside.

How do I tune up my 2007 yaris

Some easy things to do, a new air filter, some fuel injector cleaner in the gas, Check the PCV valve, New spark plus, and wires if they look questionable.

This should get you back in shape, anything else would need a mechanic to get involved
