You may have brake sensors at each wheel. if one is dirty, it will do that.

Testimonial: "its on my list of things to try but that wasn't the fix for this but it does bring up a new problem. I found the cause to the brake light staying on in the dash. a random Blue wire was broken and dangling under the dash that when contacts metal the brake light comes on. I don't have a clue where it goes other than somewhere it attaches to the parking brake pedal.....suggestions??"

Problems with hummers

There is virtually no difference between the Hummer H3 drive train and comparable GMC and Chevrolet drive trains. Although you overspent on a piece of pseudo-military jewelry, the drive train is reasonably reliable and easy to service, and parts interchange with GM truck parts.
My sole recommendation would be to use 15W-40 diesel-grade oil instead of the recommended oil and, if you haven't already done it in the last 20,000 miles, change all fluids (crankcase oil, brake fluid, transmission fluid, differential fluid, power steering fluid, engine coolant).

Hummer H3. Wont shift out of park, key is stuck in ignition, will not turn on accessories or crank, break lights stay on. Removed interior carpet to apply herculiner. Any ideas as to what the problem

Many cars, I presume the Hummer also will not let you shift out of Park unless the Brake pedal is depressed. Most do this by an electronic interlock with the brake light switch. Yours is broke. Either the brake light switch has moved out of position or is defective, or your brake pedal is not retracting to the full off position.

Hummer H3 airbag light wont go off

Airbag light on in a Hummer H3 Dashboard???Here is the fix...
Start the engine of your car, set the parking brake, hold the regular brake pedal down with your right foot. Push down the parking brakepedal to its fully-applied position with your left foot. Now while you are still holding the regular brake pedal down. Quickly release the parking brake, Pull the bottom edge of the lever, located above the parking brake pedal, with the parking brake
symbol, directly rearward to release the parking brake. Make sure pedal snaps hard all the way back releasing the parking brake... If this doesn't work the first try, try it 3-5 times and it shall work... The airbag light will go off...

NOTE: The parking brake pedal is located to the left of the regular brake pedal, near the driver's door.
&

The parking brake lever is located above the parking brake pedal, with the parking brake symbol.

Dash brake warning light keeps flashing. I just had brakes done, new wheel cylinders on all 4 wheels replaced.

The brake light is actuated by the float in the brake fluid resevoir. When the sensor travels down the light comes on. When the sensor travels or floats in the fluid the light goes off. Check to see that the brake fluid level is at the full line on the resevoir under thje hood. Most cars of this model use standard dot 3 fluid. Another thing that will turn on the brake light is if the parking brake is applied. Check to see if the park brake is locked in its fully released setting. Sometimes you have to pull the park brake pedal up as you pull the release lever to ensure it is up all the way. riding around with the park brake engaged will burn the rear brake shoes up in a very short time.

My 2006 H3 will not come out of 4 wheel drive?

Hummers are 4WD all the time, you can never take it out of 4WD. Now, you can select between locked 4WD HIGH and locked 4WD LOW. Those are switched by putting the vehicle in Neutral, and pushing the button the dash, waiting till the correct indicator light illuminates and then putting the truck in drive. Based on the above info, what exactly kind of 4WD drive problem are you having?
