Whats error code p0174 2lean for a 2001 safari gmc

A code P0174 may mean that one or more of the following has happened: The MAF (Mass Air Flow) Sensor is dirty or faulty. Note: The use of "oiled" air filters can cause the MAF to become dirty if the filter is over-oiled. There is also an issue with some vehicles where the MAF sensors leak the silicone potting material used to protect the circuitry. There could be a vacuum leak downstream of the MAF sensor. Possible solutions include: In the vast majority of cases, simply cleaning the MAF sensor does the trick. Consult your service manual for it's location if you need help. I find it's best to take it off and spray it with electronics cleaner or brake cleaner. Make sure you are careful not to damage the MAF sensor, and make sure it's dry before reinstalling Inspect all vacuum and PCV hoses, replace if necessary Check for a dirty fuel filter and proper fuel pressure

93 gmc safari odometer stopped working, then started again, then turns over but won't start.

It could be a bad fuse or a bad fuel pump not providing fuel for the car. It could also be an issue with the timing belt.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

P0102 indicates a problem with the MAF (mass air flow) sensor. The sensor could be faulty or dirty. Was the air filter removed recently?

How do i replace water pump on 93 gmc safari

Locate the cooling fan in front of the radiator...when you remove the serpentine belt and fan assembly (including the pulley)..usually 4 bolts on the front of the can see the water pump...Sometimes you can ask your Parts store to show you the new part...(water-pump) this can help identify what needs to be removed in order to replace...Use gasket sealant on the new assembly, and I also recommend the anti-freeze that is labeled "For All Models"...for longevity and cooling...You do not have to remove the radiator or anything else...Hope this helps...:)

GMC SAFARI 2001 4WD. RANDOM MISFIRE DETECTED PO300 New spark plugs, wires, distriburor, cup, fuel injector(spider), Valve Spring Outer(it was broken) WHAT ELSE CAN BE PROBLEM???

2 things come to mind, confirm you have proper fuel pressure, and if you've got a MAF (mass air flow sensor)
in the intake hose to throttle body, remove it, and spray it clean with Tuner spray cleaner, or electrical spray cleaner from radio shack or similar store, and then try it. Not uncommon for the MAF sensor to dirty and cause what your experiencing. If that doesn't cure it, start checking EGR and EVAP system.

2004 gmc safari - engine light on - veh. will only go 60km/h then dies - computor check claims maf - changed but change in veh.

PLease have the battery checked and if that checks out ok I would lean towards a O2 sensor.
