What rservoir? To charge A/C you have to hook freon tank to low pressure side fitting with car running and A/C set at max. Guage will tell you when you in proper PSI range.

The A/C system does not have a resevoir. It is a sealed system. The Chevys have a lot of problems with the A/C compressors. Make sure you have the proper amount of freon in your system, and see what happens.

Why is my1997 chevy lumina low coolant light is on and the radiator is full of coolant ?

In most newer chevys, the coolant reservoir is part of the pressurized system. Rather than just holding overflow coolant and relying on the radiator pressure cap to draw from and expel to the reservoir, it is an active part of the cooling system. On these systems, there is a coolant level switch in the reservoir. This will activate if the level in the reservoir gets below a certain point. So it is possible to have a full radiator and still get a low coolant light. Be advised that as the reservoir ages and get stained, it is not uncommon for the low coolant sensor to give false indications of low coolant.

I would like to know how much refrigerant I need for my 1997 Chevrolet Lumina. I am reasonably sure it is completely empty.

There should be a r-134 sticker located under the hood, inner fender well, dryer, radiator support, one of these locations

Where is the battery located at in a 1997 lumina

Driver's side front under the hood, directly under the Windshield Wiper Fluid reservoir. You may need to remove the air filter to access it.

A/c blowing but not cold

try having it recharged at a shop or a friend that knows cars. if it does not have enough freon(R-134a) the AC pump will not work therefore you will not have AC, just the fan working.

I cannot find where to fill the rear windshield washer.

All washer fluid comes from the same reservoir. If your not getting washer fluid to the rear washer, it could either be a plugged or broken washer fluid line, or rear washer fluid pump.

Anti freeze coolant light flashes though the reservoir is filled

If your vehicle is not overheating then you have a temp sensor problem. Replace it and your problem should be fixed.
