SOURCE: 2003 Toyota Echo heat not working. Fan, but no heat.

There is a valve on one of the heater hoses that allows heated water to flow through the heater core when you select heat. With heat selected and car warmed up check to see if both of the hoses feel warm. If not then water is not flowing through heater core and valve may need replaced or heater core is stopped up.

SOURCE: Toyota Camry power windows not working from master switch

Their are two fuses that power this system. One is a 15 amp gauge fuse and the other one is a 30 amp main power fuse. You can also check the power main relay, your ignition switch, or i could possibly be a fault in the wiring

2003 Toyota Echo will not communicate with inspection machine

I know why. Toyota issued a technical service bulletin (TSB) dated September 8, 2003 applicable to all models, including yours. The bulletin specifies removal of the original DLC3 (OBDII connector cable) and installation of a controller area network (CAN) interface module. You may have to take your ECHO to a Toyota dealer to accomplish this.

We have a 2004 toyota camry and have a problem that only the driver side power window works while the rest 3 are jam. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Is this something that we can do ourselves?

Look to see if the lockout button on the driver's side door master control is activated. If this switch is tuned on, none of the other 3 door windows will operate. This is one of the child-proof features of the car.

Is there a power window relay or a re-setable breaker on a toyota t-100. I replaced the master power window switch (drivers side) and still have no power. Where would it be located. I checked all...

When you turn the key on the power flow this way
1 to integration relay ( behind fuse box)
2 integration grab power and give to door control ecu (by the driver compartment fuse box)
3 the ecu gets activated and transfer power from POWER FUSE to power window master switch.
4 Master switch does what you command.

Driver side electric window works but the other 3 don't work from driver's control or individual door controls.

The other windows all have to go threw the master control(drivers)The windows will not go up,or down,if the master switch is bad. Most likely the master switch is bad.
