Sounds like the immobilizer (SKIS) has been activated. To disable it, you would need to plug in a Chrysler scanner (DRB-III) with current software and input the appropriate PIN number (available only from Chrysler upon proof of ownership. Your best option at this point is to contact your local dealer

please take it to a shop, removal of the air bag is dangerous if you don\'t know what you are doing and it has to be removed then the steering wheel pulled ect.

Press and hold ypur breaks, or lock your steering wheel and try to release the key
