the data link connector is located under the dash. Next to the centre console expect for xjs and for an xjs it is under the dash near the drivers kick panel in front of the door

Dash lights stay on all the time I have to pull fuse to shut off.??? Oh yea I replaced dimmer switch and dash illumination module.


do you mean the illumination or are all the fault lights on like abs ,airbag ,battery ,autobox,and all the rest of them about 12 on my xjs if i remember rightly

My oil light stays on I checked oil just had it


Take to auto Zone or Advanced Auto have them put a pin code check it's done thru that little Port under the Dash that looks like a Computer Plug they can give you the code and tell you what it is the Sensior my be Bad
