My subaru 1996 heater only blows cold air i have no thermostat in it the car would that be why htere is no hot air coming in

Not really. that will allow water to flow freely and would take longer to warm up without a thermostat but usually when this happens it is the control valve on the heater line that goes to the firewall causing the problem. When the valve fails to open no water is allowed into the heater core in the cabin and you get no heat as a result. You can manually activate that if needed. it is easier to do when it is cable operated but the vacuum operated model can be manually engaged as well. If that turns out to be the problem replace it and if it is vacuum operated check the vacuum lines for leaks and the control for proper operation.

Im not quit sure, but i believe that my heat is stuck on and wont turn off. It comes out the vents on the floor especially hard and very hot. Im not sure if it the actual heater or it is just air passing...

Your heater box has an arm that opens the door flap to the actual heater core and this can be closed manually if you remove your glovebox and push it by hand. The other part is vacuum operated and is usually located on the top heater hose under the hood as it connects to the heater box. This vacuum operated shutoff can also be manually adjusted to the closed position and locked down until you can locate a new one.

Why can't i get a window regulator that is manually operated ?

The issue is toyota, honda, mazda, etc (Japan based cars) made their cars without many options to save on cost. For this reason, power windows were standard, as that's what most people want, and manual windows either were not offered, or only on a rare few specific applications. You may consider looking at different years that may be compatible with it.

Won't blow ac out the front vents, can open the "door" manually but won't open on own when you turn on the ac why

maybe it is a vacuum line if it is vacuum operated. Maybe it is binding and the vacuum is not enough to open it. If it is electrically operated then see if the motor that opens it is okay, and that it is getting the power it needs.

How do i manually close a sunroof for a mitusbishi montero after the sunroof motor fails?

Depending on the year of your vehicle....
Earlier models had a sunroof wrench. The manual states that ..."the electronic sunroof system cannot be operated manually. The sunroof wrench that was used in previous models is not provided".

Now that may mean that if you had the wrench it could be operated manually.

I did find something else here :
NOTE: If there is a problem with the sunroof motor so that the
roof lid glass cannot close fully, use an Allen wrench to turn the
gear section of the sunroof motor to fully close the roof lid

Access seems to be just above the sunroof switch.
